Approx. 30 minutes (each performance will begin around 15 minutes after the time on the ticket)

Join us for DFL: Hastings Bonfire, taking place at The Beacon as part of Hastings Week and Hastings Bonfire celebrations. You can also register your interest in future episodes by clicking here.

The bar at The Beacon will be open throughout, so feel free to book a ticket, watch the show, and then hang out in the venue for the rest of the evening.

It may be windy, wet and/or cold, so be sure to dress appropriately! If the weather is really bad, we'll perform the show inside and may require audiences to move on after each performance.

This play is supported by public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England. 

Tickets are presented on a ‘Pay What You Decide’ basis, meaning you can choose from different price points which suit you to watch an exciting piece of new theatre. 

All ticket income goes back into helping us create and develop the show throughout the next year, as well as supporting local artists and creatives!

Wheelchair access

The Beacon doesn’t claim to have easy access – please take care coming down the crumbly unmade track and driveway leading to the Beacon, and in the gardens. The outdoor performance area is step-free, but please note that The Beacon does not have wheelchair friendly toilets and we may need to make alternative plans in the event of adverse weather. If you have mobility issues, let us know in advance. 

Captions

Captioning for this performance will be provided by the Difference Engine. This means that, if you want to follow along with the script, you can do so via your mobile phone. Let us know if this is something you may require when buying your tickets, but otherwise just bring a mobile phone with you which connects to the internet and we'll do the rest.

If you have any other requirements, you can let us know by using the Access Form when you book your tickets.
