About the event
Come and gain insight from our experience working as directors and producers for a decade and running Hastings Theatre Project over the past couple of years.
In this free two-hour session, we’ll try to cover as much as we can regarding what we’ve learnt about making local theatre, including:
How to connect with local audiences
Finding & making local stories
Fundraising
How to think, produce & make strategically
Making & producing in a professional manner
Utilising, expanding & cultivating your network
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. A waiting list will become available if we run out of space, at which point we'll allocate any cancelled spots to the next person in the queue.
